Abstracts excite me!

I find pure pleasure in the spontaneity and freedom of an uninhibited, unrestrained way of self expression. The unraveling of each stage is like a journey into the unknown ... revealing itself only at the end. To me it is essentially authentic . . . each painting is like a self-portrait,  capturing my feelings, thoughts and emotions at any given time . . . hopefully finding a connection with the viewer.

My inspiration comes from within and can be triggered by music, my surroundings, experiences or dreams. I work intuitively using the key elements of color, form & texture with the aim of creating harmony, unity & rhythm.
